Note: I am not referring to the photo previewer part of the app, nor am I referring to the Windows Explorer folder, but rather the "Folders" and "Collectors" part of the Windows 10 Photos App. I am still missing thousands of photos when trying to view them via the app.
After updating to Windows version 1709, I was excited to see if the Windows 10 Photos App would be fixed.
